30 Hour Famine 2009

it's been some time ago since my last post...
and its been some time since last two day...




ya, I'd went to 30 hour Famine...
actually i were scare at 1st...
i dun think i would alive not to eat for 30 hour...
but eventually I DID IT!!!!


the camp i participate is D.I.Y camp...
where it is started since last year...
and according to World Vision....this year camper reach 10 thousand...

my camp is at my very own school...
but not only our student, there are also campers from Beautiful Gate
almost 300 ppl... i think...

with my team member... Group 11...

many activities we held here...
after the 'knowing each others' game....
we got to play FC1 with our group...
modified we are a fmily frm a poor country and we have to manage to live on
by selling things (new paper , star made my all 'family' member etc.)

after FC1 was the FC2
where we were the refugee after an earthquake...
we had to find our family who lost in the disaster..
i m a Brazilian....15 years old...
we have to rebuild our home...by news paper,plastic bag, tap....
and we have to find a work, get vaccine and get some free food


our home...actually it was quite 'strong' at 1st...
but it become ' weak' after our 'decoration'...haiz....


after the Famine Challenge we have a little concert
i am so impress because they manage to invite many artist
although not that famous
but they really give us some energy...

after the concert we do some sharing....
i'd cried... it do remind me many thing...
about my family....
and we got to rest at the midnight in our school hall....

this is the 1st time i sleep in a sleeping bag...
so uncomfortable....

then i woke up at 6.13 am in the morning where i manage 2 sleep in the night...
but i was quite good and didn't feel any hunger....

on the way to Bukit Jalil

we went to Bukit Jalil Putra Indoor Stadium to attend the main camp...
they have concert there,where many artist performce too...
but of course those artist are more famous comparing to artist who came too our school...



too sleepy....

most of us are wearing mask...


actually all of them do sing good song, but i fall asleep when Daniel sang Micheal Jackson's song 'Heal The World'

i really dun wan it but i started to hungry and tired..
many smell and taste of food automatically came to me....
oh my godness!!

i miss A-Mei, i do saw her, but i am not mear the stage
because i nearly faint...

at last is the break-fast...
wow what a relief!!!
but the organizer only gave us a bottle of soya...
but i think it is okay since those money is more important to save people who are poor...
so most os the camper buy food at outside of the stadium



after that we do took some photo....
